In the delightful streets of his quaint hometown, Chef Thawara Ananthikulchai, affectionately known as Chef Earl, embarked upon a journey that would redefine the essence of patisserie. This journey culminated in the birth of LE BONHEUR PÂTISSERIE in early 2015, a sanctuary of sweet indulgence. His aspiration was to impart the joy and ecstasy of the delicacies, once reserved for intimate family gatherings, to every esteemed guest at LE BONHEUR.

This butter, produced in the small village of Échiré in western France, carries the prestigious Appellation d’Origine Protégée (A.O.P.) label, a testament to its traditional methods of production and regional authenticity.

 

Valrhona Chocolate, a cornerstone in our creations, is renowned for its unparalleled quality and depth of flavour. Sourced from the finest cocoa beans, Valrhona is a symbol of luxury and a favourite among world-class chefs and chocolatiers. Its rich, complex flavours elevate our delicacies, ensuring a gourmet experience in every bite.

Furthermore, the flours we use are exclusively sourced from Grand Moulin de Paris. Known for their superior quality and consistency, these flours are instrumental in achieving the perfect texture and consistency in our pastries.
